Hope it reach New Delhi on right time 4:40 AM, unlike 2-3 hours getting delay in NCR zone.

Counter gentleman asked whether I need confirm or WL Ticket? But he meant Tatkal quota for confirmed Berth.

114 seats in Premium Tatkal PT were available before I booked.
Hence I went with this normal Waiting 29 Ticket.
