yep... the officers like mr.shinde are very rare. about most of the other officers - it's an open book. even shri. lalu prasad yadav gotcha defamed due to the "chara-corruption".. i appreciate his actions as a railway minister... now a days traveling in sleeper classes are really pity & painful.... dear.
