The Service of IRCTC is deteriorated day by day. They are just making money and degrading their services to worst as time progresses.

Ab ghar se hi khana lekar jao bhai........ IRCTC ka koi bharosa nehi....... ye khana khrab dega aur woh Train ka badnam hoga bewajah jaise is train ka hua hai. BCT NDLS Duronto is a good train running with BRC WAP-5.
May 2015 mein same incident happened with me in 12277 HWH Puri Shatabdi Exp. Khana pura kharab tha us raat poora bhooka tha how pathetic. (Re# 1546998-9)
