It would be better if laws are changed to empower RPF persons to act against and fine the persons who dirty the rly premises rather than employing & empowering outsourced (private contractors) for the same purpose.
Deployment of extra manpower by the way of Rly marshals shall add to already burgeoning expenditure of IR.
