at 100% occupancy, ACII give more revenue than ACIII where as the revenue generated by AC1 is least. AC1 coaches should be replaced instead of ACII.

Naa, AC 2nd ka operational cost jyada hai. Full rehne per bhi railway ko chuna hi lagata hai AC 2nd. AC 1st se kahin jyada loss railway ko AC 2nd se hota hai. Accha hua ise hata rahe hai.
Doesn't work that way, cost of per km run of AC3 and other factors make it only profitable class of Indian Railways.
