अपर रेल महाप्रबंधक ने रूट रिले इंटरलॉ¨कग कार्य को जुलाई माह में पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए। अपर रेल महाप्रबंधक ने कहा कि अगर श्रावणी मेला के पूर्व रुट रिले का कार्य समाप्त हो जाता है, तो कार्य किया जाएगा। अगर नहीं हो पाएगा तो उस कार्य को श्रावणी मेला के बाद ही शुरु किया जाएगा
I am a management guy and by observing above lines i can say that this officer has no control in their staff and their management is very poor.Even he has no skill how to create pressure on junior to get work on time. So i am suggesting such officer better to quiet from the job and you are not suitable in modern time in Railway.

Railway staff has taken everything into grated. So 1st we need to finish taken as granted culture. Fear of job may be the one of the step to make him in right direction.we need to make strong in reward /punishment system. Good officer should be rewarded and need to punish some staff who are not serious in work.
