शायद आप भूल चुके हैं कि (1.) ICF कोच अब बनना बंद हो चुका है, और (2.) चुनाव के वक्त regular मेल/एक्सप्रेस चलाने से उतना प्रचार - प्रसार नहीं होता, जितना अभी हो रहा है।
