* To maintain financial viability, govt organisations shall have to resort to outsourcing contracts where in private orgaisations shall do the jobs as contract at a price which shall be much lower than the salary cost presently incurred. This will start at small scale in the beginning with outsourcing of a few non important activity which if succesful shall be extended to more activities. This will solve the Union interference into oranisational functioning
* Even if the organisation does not revive, only way out is sellout of organisation in one piece or in pieces to private Co(s). This will solve the political interference into oranisational functioning
