existing Jawahar Tunnel se 440 meters neeche hai, jisse ye winter mein bhi operational rehta hai jab snowfall ki wajah se Jawahar Tunnel band ho jaata hai. USBRL project, 1994-95 mein sanction hua tha, aur iski total length 272 km hai, aur estimated cost Rs 37,012 crore hai.
