The second FIR was filed by Harsh Kumar, a rake point worker, against Ajay Yadav, Raja Yadav, and others for allegedly demanding a bribe of ₹300,000 to operate the rake. He also alleged that on the night of the incident, a mob led by Pradeep Soren attacked him and others, causing serious injuries. The police are investigating both cases.
