They also requested a review of promotions for the Loco Pilot (Goods) position, the implementation of a 6-month rotation system for employees posted in Sardega instead of permanent postings, accommodation in Tata for employees working on the Tata Branch Line (Bahalda, Rai Rangpur, Badam Pahar, Gumi and Gurumahasani), promotion opportunities for all track maintainers after their seniority is merged and a reduction in long hours for running staff. The DRM responded by stating that employees working from Adityapur to Asanbani could be initially provided accommodation in Tata and based on the number of vacant accommodations, other stations would be considered after a month.
