Comesum Kharagpur is the official caterer in this train. Your order will be taken at Medinipur and be delivered at Kharagpur on time. Food prices when in person in train is lower than through IRCTC e-catering app. Payment is only through cash on delivery at KGP.
In case of non-availability of your selected item(s) ordered through IRCTC, the supervisor will call you on your number and you're FREE TO CHOOSE any costlier food(s) as per strict rules levied on them. However, the quantity can't be increased.

Jan Aahar on first floor and Comseum on ground floor on PF-1/2, HWH side, near 1A-2A bifurcation & 2nd class waiting room. They provide meal orders to train seat as well. Quantity is less, spicy food with low quality in Jan Aahar.

Escalator facilities are available at the PF 1 exit. You can use this to move your luggage or in general to move to the platform of your choice if you are unable to use the stairs. Also, elevator is also present just beside the escalator but that is for aged and sick people.

FRESH fruit juice is available at platform number 2. The pineapple juice costs ₹30. It is really good in taste. Hygiene is also maintained.
