I personally use IRI on mobile chrome with desktop mode enabled, i find it more convenient than the mobile version, on the indianrailways TT site, i just press and hold on the TT for a train (from the Sr.no to the bottom of the TT table) and i then click on copy, go back to the TT Editor on IRI and paste the contents. it may not be as convenient as from the actual desktop, but this is my way of updating TTs from phone itself. I also got used to the desktop version on phone which is a + point since i use this mode since a long time now
