Yo, check out this dope train journey I took on the rare and extinct Metre Gauge Indian Railways. We went from Khandwa to Choral, and let me tell you, it was lit AF. This section used to be part of the Meter Gauge, but it's now closed for conversion to Broad Gauge as part of Indian Railway's Project Uni-gauge. We started our journey from Khandwa Junction, which is part of South Central Railway. Our train, the 52992 Khandwa Mhow fast passenger, was hella delayed for 45 mins, but once we got going, it was like a speed show. The YDM-4 engine revved up and we hit a blazing speed of 75km/h in no time. This section used to be one of the fastest Meter Gauge sections in India, ya feel me? We continued through the plains, and as we approached Sanawad, we started going up and down towards Omkareshwar. After a quick pit stop, we even crossed the mighty Narmada river. The whole journey was a vibe, especially when we saw some sick parallel action with the vehicles on State Highway 27. Finally, we started climbing towards Choral after crossing the road a couple of times.
