You do know that trains can be run seasonally as well? IR often runs special trains to meet extra demand. You don't have to run an empty train all year long just because it gets full during some point.

Common man, be realistic. Who told you it runs vacant all around year except season?? I just told you this is peak off season every train be it raajdhani be it normal M/E everything is running with vacant seats.
Why you want to proove here that this train is not needed. So by going your logic raajdhani should also be stopped and should operate as special only when there is demand??
