Well I dont blame SWR for this nor even IR- it passes through the NE Karnataka and the Hyd-Karnataka regions and caters completely to their needs of connection to state capital as well as national capital- Also major stops like Raichur (Thermal power plant), Guntakal (Junction), Manthralayam road (Pilgrimage), Yadgir (Connection to Hyd-Karnataka region again) so no stop is unimportant- and being a single track its better it has scheduled stops instead of unscheduled stops for crossings as well for Raj overtakes
Despite the stops its average is higher- so no issues with this train
