yup....Changrabandha-New Mal jn rail link is very close to her heart and she took the initiative in 2001 when she became railway minister first time.MG was done and trains run but was isolated as SGUJ-APDJ MG was stopped and BG work was going on.Then after so so many years(a hell lot of years when no body cared for the region) when she again became the RM she sanctioned money for the project and the entire line was transformed to a BG one.DEMU was announced in the subsequent Budget.After that when the baton passed on to another centre,the work was not given any attention.
