Grievance Description : Sub:- Grievance regarding Punctuality of 19011/12 Gujarat Express Pertaining Zonal Railways:- Western Railways Respected Sir/Madam, With due regards I want to say that I am raising this Grievance to Western Railways, regarding Off track gone Punctuality of train 19011/12 Mumbai-Ahmedabad-Mumbai Gujarat Express train. Dear Sir, Please Check the records of Punctuality of train 19011/12 Gujarat Express. The Punctuality of train is not good with addition of More Stoppages and no change in Infraustructure. Because being a Popular Commuter train, the Stoppages Cannot be withdrawn is known to Everyone, but atleast Something can be Done for its Punctuality. Sir, Recently the Electric Locomotive Shed of Vadodara, WR, Known as BRC ELS, have Procured better technology and Functioning Locomotives WAP 5, range from 30045 to 30074 ( 29 Locomotives in total ) in Operation at Present. WAP 5 are Capable of having better Acceleration and Power than a WAP 4 Locomotive as per its Manual. Since as per Frequent Observations, Slow trains like 19023/24 Firozpur Janta Express and 19019/20 Dehradun Express are hauled by a WAP 5 and WAP 7 Locomotive due to their Schedule and Numerous Stoppages. But this train is Still Fluctuating between a WAP 5 and a WAP 4 Locomotive. Sir, I request you that the train Should be Hauled by a WAP 5 Locomotive on a regular Basis, the need of the Hour, in order to Improve Punctuality of the train. Thanks
