Subhash, what i am saying is don't run diesel on an electric sector. Why run a specialized WCAM on a sector where a WAP/WAM can do the job. Tell me why is the 12293/94 Duronto Express using a WCAM when some of the other trains are using WAP or WAM's?
WCAM engines are more valuable to trains working on the CST line, what are they doing hauling trains out of LTT ? A typical train from CST to Pune takes 4 hrs, so for a up & down run of 8 hrs IR is literally blowing smoke in the face of electrification.
