...
more...

6. Ananadrao Adsul (Amravati)--> AB
7. Harishchandra Chavan (Dindori) --> AB (MG Section under SCR)
8. Narendra Kumar Sinha Chauhan (Khandwa)--> AB (MG Section Under SCR)
9. Ganesh Ghodam (Adilabad) ---> AB
10. Ravsaheb Danve (Jalna)--> AB
11. Pritam Munde (Parali)--> AB (She has already attended meeting which holds in Secunderabad. Parali is coming under 2 Divisions, Nanded Division's is ending there, and Secunderabad Division starts from there).
12. Chandrakant Khaire (Aurangabad)--> AB (Reason is already given by Hon. Member which is quite true)
13. Vijaykumar Dhoot 14. Rajkumar Dhoot (Both are from Rajya Sabha)
Highlights:-
1. All MP's are active in this meeting and there is no difference in opinions between them.
2. Sanjay Jadhav was very active in this meeting.
Questions and Demands:
1. Hon. Sanjay Jadhav raised question about not to extend Mumbai-Latur to Nanded, although it is declared in budget.
Ans. We'll enquire about the same and let you know.
2. Again, Hon. Sanjay Jadhav pointed out that why there is no regular train to Pune, although there is heavy demand. He said that Bus Operators takes 8 Hrs to reach Pune, however, train is taking 12-14 hrs to reach Pune. So, are SCR officers are getting some monetary benefits from them.
Ans: We are not getting cooperation from CR. Well, we'll try to start train to Pune regularly. Further, he added we are not getting any kind of benefit, its because of CR only, we are unable to get good timings. There is problem of space also at Pune.
3. Hon. Sanjay Dhotre asked about the status of Akola-Khandwa Broad-Gauge?
Ans: This route is going through Forest area. It's because of that we are getting problem. Forest Dept. of Maharashtra has suggested to change the existing route. We've studied the same, and found that alternate route is 22 KM's more than present route, which increases the cost of this project.
4. During the course of the meeting, the Hon’ble Members raised several issues related to Railway developmental works / services in their respective constituencies. The demands raised by the Hon’ble Members included introduction of new trains, construction of Road Over Bridges/Road Under Bridges, additional stoppages to existing trains and providing improved passenger amenities etc.
5. However, other MP's has raised questions about doubling and electrification issues of this division.
6. All the MP's are satisfied about Positive Approach from Railway Officials.
Final Draft:-
1. Mudkhed-Parbhani Doubling Work should gives top priority and complete as soon as possible.
2. Doubling work of Parbhani-Manmad, Mudkhed-Adilabad, Mudkhed-Secundarabad should be completed within next 5 years. So, reserve funds accordingly.
3. Another high priority should be given to Ahemadnagar-Beed-Parali (A'lly this route is coming under CR, don't know is it a good platform to demand this one)
4. Nanded-Yavatmal-Wardha should be completed as early as possible. (Again CR route, what SCR will do, don't know)
5. Nanded-Bidar route should be built as survey already being done (Non-Sense demand, SCR has already sent the proposal to IR that, in the survey, its is being found that this route is not profitable, mostly IR is cancelled their plan to build tracks on this route)
6. Akola-Khanwa gauge conversion should be done as early as possible (Manager already pointed out the issue)
7. A team of MP's under leading of Mr. Ashok Chavan will meet Forest Ministers regarding the same issue and will help SCR to solve this issue.
8. Our favourite demand:- "Nanded Division should be transferred to CR"
9. Extension issue of Mumbai-Latur to Nanded (SP of Latur already sent a draft in last year that, if this train will extend to Nanded, then there can be issue of Law & Security)
10. Additional stoppages to several trains, passenger amenities, construction of ROB and RUB at several places.
11. New Trains (Details are not available)
General Manager's Expression about the meeting:-
1. All the suggestions are welcomed, and will send to IR.
2. Appreciated the suggestion of Ashok Chavan about Railway Over Bridge
3. We will talk to Railway Board about not extending Mumbai-Latur to Nanded.
4. The suggestions and views expressed by the Hon’ble Members would be given due consideration while formulating the proposals for new works / services. Proposals for new works / services which are beyond the powers of the Zonal Railway would be forwarded to Railway Board, he added.
