With railway budget less than 30 days away, railway minister had asked for suggestions from Passengers. This was best time for people of Jodhpur City to directly put demand to Railway Minister. I also posted many suggestions and I hope all jodhpurites posted suggestions.
The suggestions by me were as follows :-

daily train which departs in Morning and after that there is no train . And from Kota there is no train to Jodhpur which departs in morning. If we get one direct train to kota then passengers going to Kota will benefit and many other connections will also open up.

2 . Jodhpur Mumbai AC Express with latest LHB Coach - Jodhpur to Mumbai has huge demand for AC class. There is always huge waiting list in Suryanagri / ranakpur / Bhagat ki Kothi - Bandra and Bikaner - Dadar express. Hence an AC express is must which will benefit Passengers going to Mumbai, Ahmedabad, surat etc.

3. Barmer Howrah exp via Jodhpur - Barmer has no train to Kolkata and Jodhpur Howrah has huge waiting list. Hence this train will also help passengers going to Eastern Part of country.

4. Jodhpur Secunderabad Superfast via Pune - Bikaner secunderabad exp and Jodhpur pune exp becomes waiting as soon as booking opens . Hence this is very much required.

5. Jodhpur Ahmedabad Shatabdi express with LHB coach - Jodhpur Ahmedabad Shatabdi has runs as special in past. This route has lot of rush. If a Superfast high speed train is run from Jodhpur to Ahmedabad which departs Jodhpur in morning about 6 and reaches Ahmedabad in afternoon 1.30 then not only ahmedabad pax will benefit but also many connections to South will also open up.

6. Jodhpur Guwahati superfast - Jodhpur to Guwahati has only one direct train and that is also weekly. This train will help passengers going to North East area.

Extensions -
Delhi dehradun AC to Jodhpur - fast connection to Uttaranchal
Ahmedabad chennai to Jodhpur - connection to South very much required.
Jodhpur delhi via Sujangarh to Ahmedabad and Amritsar - first train that will connect Jodhpur to Amritsar . Useful for many.
Adi uhp janambhoomi to katra - direct train to visit Mata Vaishno Devi temple.

Doubling of Lines
Jodhpur Phulera - this line has huge traffic and trains get late because of single lines frequently. This section has lot of freight traffic as well and High speed Python Freights also run in this route due to which even superfast have to be stopped for crossing. Hence doubling is very necessary on this section. Please don't ignore this demand as it is very important for infrastructure development.
