Red flagging for Chain /chain/15783/372/801
Reason is Buffer Time is 'negligible' resulting into missing the train... even though the originating train in First Lag of journey is arriving as per scheduled Time.
Just look at the facts : Kutch express arrives at BDTS and from here one has to Rush to CSTM : even with Reserved tickets, Bandra to CSTM is pretty 17.7 kms, and takes minimum 44 minutes by vehicle in traffic, and 33 minutes without traffic....

let us consider time of deboarding the train and coming out of Station at Bandra, and catching vehicle, after bargaining, and moving inside the platform and boarding the train at CSTM
So minimum 1 hours 30 minutes Buffer Time is Must for such chains...
Creaor has overlooked this aspect it seems ....
