I am confined to 12736/12735 only here,i guess u have posted a RTI for change in terminal of SC-PNBE exp,if SCR reply for this then i will comment on this if ECR replies to your RTI/PG portal i cant answer also.
i have proof here why SWR forced,offcourse i dnt say that SWR is wrong,for SWR bidar is imp as bidar belongs to KA state.
