that's like fate written on it (CCT). Had the English included CCT in their plan connecting the ports/harbours/civilisation settlements while building the BZA - Cuttack line in 1890's, CCT would long back be on the main line; instead left over with a mere 20 odd kms for decades which over time costed 100 of crores leaving it unfeasible.
And with the third line proposal i hope every thing will be sidelined. Agree if CCT loose both the lines But FEDL and 3rd line of BZA-AKP is a big boost for SCR
