They have so many passing trains that they don't need any dedicated ones.
Surat- 24 trains, 7 daily; 3 Raj, 2 GR, 1 Duronto
Tata- 8 trains, 3 Daily, 1 Raj
Dhanbad- 23 trains, 5 Daily, 5 Raj, 2 Duronto
BGP-
...
9 trains, 2 daily, 0 Raj, 1 GR, 0 Duronto
If you are comparing 2 things, then do a worthy comparison. Don't just look at one side of the coin.

No one is asking for a Bhagalpur Rajdhani. Demand is for diversion of a Rajdhani via Sahibganj loop.

Better compare the no. of seats available in those passing trains with weightage of population in those cities and then compare with BGP. I dont say BGP don't need trains but demand shud be proper. Demand should be connectivity to places like hyd, chennai, etc.

Surat- delhi - SL Class almost 700 seats comprising all weekly, biweekly, daily trains.
Bhagalpur- delhi - SL Class almost 900 seats in just 2 end to end trains.
Now compare which city has better no. Of trains connecting national capital. Actually whole bihar has good connectivity with delhi. By whole bihar i mean important cities of bihar like pnbe, gaya, dbg, bgp, etc.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
