Its indeed to give halt to any express going to ward TPTY at VTM, Like 17230/29, 17488/87, 17402/01, 17404/03....
There is no Exp train at the night time to TPTY
If IR give halt in
1) Sabari it help to to TVC and HYB Via GNT directly

i dont think after puri-tpty n krishna no trains halts in vtm some scr train should halt atleast mtm/ns-tpty train
there is no trains b/w VTM(CLX) to OGL after 12:30 TEL to OGL Passenger upto 17:40 BZA to BTTR
Krishna is there but its fully crowd....
and no trains b/w OGL to VTM(CLX) after 09:10 GDR to BZA Passenger upto 12:35 OGL to TEL
So b/t OGL-CLX-OGL in that timing IR-SCR should run a Passenger train It will help
