Thanks for posting the detailed message. As per the official timings, the train has "already left Mathura at 10:15AM". Not only that, this official status was updated at 11:12AM, which is about 1 hour after the train's supposed departure from Mathura.
We do several validations, before showing the info on the map. If we find that the status of the train was very recently updated, that too 1 hour after departure, and it says that the train "has already left Mathura without delay", then we go ahead and use that information.
