Most important thing is now they say freighters are moving with low overall averages due to crossings so after doubling that would be eliminated. Also the main reason cited for this project is port connectivity so they can increase freight traffic as well which will increase the revenue of SWR.
Regarding passenger service I hope they remove the 20 coach cap here and allow full 24 coach rakes including scope for 22 LHB coaches. That's the most important one. 20 is not enough for trains like Goa express and Amaravati express.

more... they allow full 59 BOXN rakes here without imposing caps equivalent to 20 passenger coaches. Not to mention 5 WDG4s.
