Agreed Brother...u r right with that speed doubling will completed by 2021.
I just say that if doubling is in slow pace it doesn't mean that electrification getting delayed.... Electrification not wait for doubling..... First they Electrified existing Track while new track electrified along with doubling.
You have raised very valid point Execution is very poor..It need to be Speed up....

Aapki baat sahi hai bhai but jiss hissab se abhi tak kaam hota aaaya hai ECR me uss hissab se nhi lagta ki pehle single ka electrification hoga then double ka......abhi to yahi lagta hai ki jab tak doubling nhi hoga tab tak electrification start nhi hoga ek cheez aur hai DBG se JYG & SMI bhi electrification hona hai jo ki single diesel BG hai issiliye pehle DBG tak doubling kar lenge then electrification shuru karenge......work speed me ho agar to 1 saal me sab ready hojayega dbg tak 38 kms hai spj-dbg section but jiss speed se kaam hua hai abhi tak ussme to 2019 last se pehle nhi hoga dbg tak doubling & electrification.....mfp-hjp ko dekhiye kab se horaha hai doubling 2017 me bhi kab tak doubling & electrification hojayega ye bhi fully sure nhi hai

Very poor execution of projects in ECR....same happened in NR.....I think if we compare GM in terms of Execution.... GM NER is best in all zones....
Actually I already fight with RM,GM through Twitter.... I have send so many practical way to improve IR.
