No one else has updated your pic after you. The pic got updated because of your given entry only. Initially your entry was approved and then it was reverted back to void, because it was considered to be not suitable for train broad in TLM group. But the reason for which you still can see your pic, is a bug. It's like, even after reverting one entry to void (which got approved initially), the page is not getting restored, which we are doing manually.
