Feedback? They can go through IRI forum, so many members point out the shoddy upkeep.

Duranto isn't an isolated case, all trains having On-board house keeping service will have to fulfill this ritual of taking feedback from at least two passengers from each coach but this new service seems to be different. Here an online portal would be functional where passengers could even post pics of dirty toilets or filthy bedroll or anything else so I am somewhat optimistic about this. Just hope for the best...
