1) The train is too fast(considering single track KR route) between UD & MAO.
2) Loco Reversal required at MAO, LD, PUNE and DD
3) MMR must have atleast technical halt.
4) Why the AC SUP is following such long route ?

more... 5 mins halt at bhusawal is not possible. The train will anyways halt there more than 5 mins.
6) I doubt if the train will get enough patronage.
Suggestion: it would be better if you rename the train as "Dakshina Kannada Express" (Though MAJN is not the part of DAKSHINA KANNADA but the part of TULU NAAD) .
