Dear friend, sl. no 2 and 5 are similar, but there is a difference between the two.

well. what you say is true. Hence it must be top on the priority list of IR to recognize the projects that need to be completed on war footing& execute them quickly. Its about time politics took its hand out of Railways, though it is seemingly difficult.
