Delhi metro bhi to public transport hi hai, sab kuch financial management or project planning & implementation pe depend kerta hai. Kuch din pehli mono rail ki failure ko leke report aai usme pata chala ki mono rail per day 65 lakh k loss me chal rahi hai or reason ye bataya mi mono rail k stations logo k liye unaccessible hai isliye log usme travel hi nahi karte or WO loss me chali gai. Ab bataiye kisi project ki planning aise ki gai ho to WO kaise successful hoga.
