मै एक सिनियर सिटीज़न और मूक-बधिर किशोर के साथ जून में चेन्नई आऊँगा और हमारी ट्रेन रात्रि के 11.30 को चेन्नई सेंट्रल पहुँचने की संभावना है । मुझे स्टेशन में ठहरने की सुविधा और शुल्क की जानकारी दे ।

Book your ticket and with the help of PNR, just try to book retiring room. The rate and availability will be mentioned. If you can't get room, near by stations there are many good decent hotels which will come under 750rs for double bed..
As Sajin said, ask him to check for retiring rooms at Central itself. Think they will all be booked by this time. In case they are booked, he can exit the station premises both from Wall Tax Road side (PF1) as well the Moore Market Complex (PF11) side and walk till Sydenhams Road abutting Corporation of Greater Chennai (locally known as Ripon Building). Let him take the main road at midnight hours and not those small lanes by Moore Market Complex to reach Sydenhams Road. Both sides have enough affordable accomodation facilities with Sydenhams side offering online bookings as well. Language shouldn't be also a problem in that part of the city. Someone please translate this back to him in Hindi.
अपनी टिकट बुकिंग कर लेवें ( काउंटर अथवा ऑनलाइन )और PNR का उल्लेख करते हुए irctc की वेब साइट पर ऑनलाइन विश्राम कक्ष और शायिका बुकिंग प्रणाली पर ऑनलाइन बुक कर लेवें। आपको ऑनलाइन ५% की छूट भी प्राप्त होगी। स्टेशन पर पहुचने के बाद भी काउंटर से उन्हें बुक किया जा सकता है लेकिन तब तक उनके खाली रहने की संभावना कम है. उनके न मिल पाने की स्थिति में प्लेटफार्म १ के वाल टैक्स रोड की तरफ से स्टेशन से बाहर निकले अथवा मूर मार्किट काम्प्लेक्स ( प्लेटफार्म ११ की तरफ से ) मैन रोड से बाहर निकलें और फिर Sydenhams Road पर Ripon Building की ओर जाये. मध्य रात्रि काल में Sydenhams Road पहुंचने के लिए मैन रोड से ही जाये और शार्ट कट गलियां का इस्तेमाल न...
