Cities of Chhatisgarh are 1000-1500 kms away from Mumbai and reserved accomodation is required, so fully unreserved Antyodaya is not much useful.
The demand for BSP-Mumbai train is genuine as many a times People of Chhatisgarh are forced to board Duronto, Vidarbha, Sewagram express from NGP/G as other trains coming from HWH/BBS/HTE runs packed round the year. There are many trains from HWH and new train should be started from intermediate stations. It would be better if the proposed train starts from Korba instead of BSP as Korba have no direct connectivity to Mumbai. Similar is the case with connectivity of Pune with Chhatisgarh.

For east bound trains people are demanding Gondia-HWH train. But In my view HWH-R-G-NGP/Itwari could be a better option than HWH-G because NGP which is very well connected to Mumbai/Pune/KOP too need better connectivity for HWH.
