Very difficult to double Komkan RAILWAYS... patch doubling can be done...Initially they should have planned double line instead of single. .Jammu Katra Baramula ka planning bhi double hona chahiye tha.

Then the projects will never get completed.
We need to see the costs also into picture.
A single bridge will cost hundreds of crores.

KR route doubling is 100% possible without disturbing present single existing line. I know there is many tunnels & bridges in KR & laying of second line in plain terrain in KR in patch is easy possible. Only issue is boring the tunnels in mountains & making bridges. If KRCL start the tunnels boring works in 10 feets distance of present existing tunnels then creating another tunnels for second line is possible. Construction of bridges for second line is also possible if works started in 10 feets distance of present existing bridges. KRCL engineers is best and experts in making longest tunnels boring machines & making longest & highest bridges with advances machinery.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
