ECR wasted 1.5 hrs of 12303 just btn PNBE-NEORA only for rajdhani n GR OTs which could hv been easily possible ahead also. Nevertheless, dats d way a division sees its controlling strategies. Some defy logic n some give preferences to logic

Correction. Its not Bihta. Its Neora. At Bihta, both trns arrived as 12309 also arrived at Kulharia for nearly half an hr for issues not known. Bt OT took place by both at Neora

Now the problem with 12569 ahead is that it has many stops , which in turn delays 12303 more and other trains tailing behind 12303 (12296 & 22351)
