On or before Sep 15 was the mentioned date for linking electric locos to some more express trains. And October 1 was the fixed date of publishing new southern railway timetable. Now see what has happen, palakkad division realised that it is not so easy to provide electric traction to those trains in the absence of uppala substation. As per the latest news, it will take atleast one month to get the substation charged. Meanwhile the southern railway has been postponed the date of time table from 01-Oct to 15-Oct to come into effect.

more... gain from quick start as the results of electrificaton. So Railway have to wait untill the substation get charged or they will have to find out some temporary adjustment to make the new timetable possible and practical. Am I correct?
