The only possible reason i guess is the presence of 1A coaches in various trains as Mumbai Mail (via Nagpur as well as Allahabad), CSTM-HWH Duronto, Jnaneswari Exp.,Samarsata Exp, CSTM-HWH Weekly Exp (the list may not be exhaustive).

Be it be a working man mentality of leaves and over night travel, there are not many convenient trains to CSTM from HWH. Jnaneshwari had good timings and Samrasta appears to be good. Durunto is not again good for me(personal opinion).
I found the same with Raj and Duruntos between HWH and NDLS.
There is one 1 raj between those places which has the best timings.

If duranto can leave 6am and speeded by 1 hour then it will be very good.
do extra passengers get into the reserved coaches of this train??
