Another article -- click here -- mentions a few more new routes shortlisted for feasibility study:
* JUD - CDG via Naraingarh. This track already shows up as under construction on the atlas.
* JIND - HNS.
* BNW - LHU.
*...
more... KUN - JUD.
* FN - JHJ - CKD.
* 10 km siding for Manesar.
.
Some of these are worthwhile suggestions, and I'd suggest you look at the proposed routes on the atlas. It's fairly instructive and brings into sharp focus how instrumental the distant ASR - MB and GGN - JP mainlines have been in shaping the overall railway geometry of Haryana. It should be interesting to see which of these get approved. The article also mentions that a line from Hisar to Sirsa via Fatehabad has been cancelled (probably on account of there being an existing, junction-free track from Hisar to Sirsa...)
