pls dont give excuse of slack time each every time a train has slow speed. Trains do not have slack time of 1-2 hrs. Since it is spl train it is sidelined on ADI_BRC and Surat-Valsad section to allow regular trains to pass. Sab jagah slack time ka logic is not applicable. According to railways slack time is defined as time during which train covers the same distance at slower speed without being sidelined so that in case train gets delayed it can make up and reach destination on time. If train gets sidelined it is not called as slack time. Suryanagari Exp and Mahuva/Bhavanagar-Surat Exp overtake Jodhpur-Valsad train between ADI-BRC. Also 69104 Anand-Vadodara passenger train runs ahead of Jodhpur-Valsad exp and doesnot allow Jodhpur-valsad to overtake between Anand-vadodara section. On Surat-Valsad section this Jodhpur-Valsad runs behind 59440 Ahmedabad-Mumbai passenger train which departs Surat at 7:20 am and arrives Valsad at...

9:12 am. 59440 is not sidelined as it is used by daily commuters (students/office goers/traders) to allow Jodhpur-Valsad to go. So Jodhpur-Valsad is slower and not because of slack time

The whole ADI TVC Train Group also have a lot of slack time between Valsad and Vasai Road............even The slow Valsad Bandra passenger Do not allow it to overtake and the whole ADI TVC group Remains Just behind the Valsad Bandra passenger In whole Vapi- Vasai Road section.....................
But it is done to make the train arrive at a proper time at the Destination, because if it is Speeded up then it would arrive at the destination in a Improper time......probabily at 2 or 3in Night

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
