For Official work I had been to my Head office(Mangalore) on Wednesday and returned by 16518 to Bangalore (SBC). For the first time booked my ticket for 3AC(16518) as TA was given by company.
Here I would like to present a chat had with Railway Officer who was the Co-Passenger with me from Mangalore till Bangalore.
(I was speaking to Coach Attendant regarding Coach maintenance n all, At that time Attendant introduced me the Officer who was travelling)

Me : Hello Sir, Myself Shashank
Nayak : Hello.
Me : If you don't mind I would like ask few questions regarding Railways
Nayak : Sure.
(I'm not going to paste any Personal conversation which happened with us)
Me : Sir, More of the time we read in news paper that Passenger train is running in Loss and because of Goods Railway is earning Some thing. What do you say about it.
Nayak : Not 100%, As there are many sectors in India where Railaways are getting good revenue from Passenger Service example was SBC-MAS Sector.
Me : After investing Crore's together money to convert MAQ-SBC line to BG what is the reason behind not introducing Few more trains other that 16515/6 and 16517/8.
Nayak : For introducing new train that too where the route has Ghat region to cross there are several problem faced, like Not getting clearance for Safety, Speed restriction etc.
Me : Ok, Nowadays Passengers are finding difficulty to get tatkal tickets because of some other elements.What is your opinion?
Nayak : Entire Railways work under several department and for this question I'm not the right person to answer.
Me : What is the reason behind extending 16517/8 towards kannur when it had high opposition and demand was to extend towards karwar.
Nayak : Yes there was demand,But extension n all happens at High level n No one will ask us .
Me : By the word My last question to him asked. There is a rumor that NZM-SBC Raj will get LHB by UGADI but still running with Old Rake.
Nayak : NR is operating Rajdhani and SWR can't do much for that. But LHB had a test run and it was not satisfactory. And for the report again SWR is made as the target and LHB coaches will not run within 20-30 days and the mistakes need to be rectified.
By listening above words I said GOOD NIGHT to him n occupied my berth to have a sleep .
Morning when train was entering SBC station Mr.Nayak gave his Mobile number n said to meet him whenever I go to Yesvanthpura.
