Thanks for your reply. Then even though it is past 00:30 am, the latest DOJ for which I can book ticket is the same as the one for which I could book tickets the previous day, i.e. before 12:00 am. It is only at 8 am that booking for the next latest DOJ, i.e. ARP, starts whether through PRS or IRCTC?

Thank you for your reply. But I want to make things clearer to myself. For an example, tomorrow from 8 am onwards at PRSs we can book tickets for travel on 28.08.12 and not for DOJs that come after that. Now can we book tickets online for the same journey date, i.e. 28.0812 after 00:30 tomorrow?

The booking in irctc starts with prs at 8.00hrs, i.e. if u want to travel on 28th aug, the booking will start on 30.04.12, 8.00hrs along with PRS.

So ARP starts in IRCTC at 08:00 am, that is to say booking for a new date of journey in general quota can be done at and from 8 am in IRCTC? So the online booking facility after 00:30 am you are talking about then must for the previous old DOJs. Is my understanding correct?
