Dear member,
Here is an experince i wish 2 share with u.
I was to travel from vza to nlr on jan shatabdi on 27th april scheduled @ 2 PM.
Unfortunately due to goods train derailment near gudur, the train had 2 b cancelled.I had to get my ticket refunded thru cancellation. Then i took a ordinary ticket for the next train @ 4 pm by

korba trivandrum express.
The ticket i took was mentioned as ordinary SF charged for Rs.74/-
But the train was not SF & it was announced as express train when train arrived.
My query is why SF ticket given if the train was express & when i boarded
the trivandrum train,i asked TC that if this train is express why did the
staff give the ticket with SF charges.TC told me that there r some problems
going on due cancellations of trains towards chennai,so modified in the ticketing system.Thereafter he charged me Rs 50 till nlr & provided me a seat.
pls clarify who is wrong here..
Tks/Rgds,
Prasad

Its a mistake of the clerk may be he thought its a SF Exp...His act helped IR gain extra money say Rs.9/- i guess which the ordinary Gen tkt from BZA to NLR is Rs.65/- where as he has given SF tkt of fare Rs.74/-

There are 3 or 4 trains each train every day. Out of the 3 or 4 trains, Raptisagar is SF, other trains are non-SF. They travel in same timings @ 4pm BZA everyday.
