This is the scenario...!!
I asked an agent to book a tatkal ticket and said I will pay you Rs. 200 extra for that. Now he went to the PRS and successfully got a confirmed ticket in 2 AC from NDLS to Mumbai Central.
Now while he is returning from the counter vigilance caught him and enquired him. They taken him to their custody and he is in remand. But through some difficulty I got the PNR of my booked ticket. Can I start my journey? or forget about it?If yes, How?...

Okk , lets assume im wrong .. but Please explain one simple thing , why you gave a agent 200 rs extra ?? Isnt that motivating corruption ?
# and i totally agree with viswanath sir 's points and you might end up in trouble if he has your id card ( which i assume you gave him to book your ticket )

IRF one thing i wanna say that we or the common passengers are not willing to stand in the queue the whole night or take any hassle to get confirmed tickets....so whats the problem in giving the agent rs 200...he is working hard for his living...he is standing the whole night and booking tickets for us and i feel he should get rs 500....he is hakdar of that hard work....he deserves more...

Its a common thing, even so many members who are in rush and need to go to certain destination wants a confirmed ticket. If we offer him more money, he may concentrate more on your ticket. Being a agent he may have number of tickets to get booked and he will prefer your ticket 1 st to be booked.
I will never do it because its a wrong path and i might end up in trouble as well... the best path is that path which has hardships but you will always have head high
