when a loco is not a regula rone for train or the shed is not the one which gives it loco generally its an offlink-Eg: Brindavan Express getting Lallaguda WAP4 instead of WAP7 or Mysore Express getting ERnakulam WDM-3a instead of Erode WDM-3A
