I don't remember exactly.But as far as i remember i have seen this train is having two diesel engines.does it really need 2 engines to haul a single train

Another such instance ,i saw 12819 orissa sampark kranti at BBS railway station with two electric engines(WAP's) attached conscuitvely.
(Having no proof for this,but from my memory i am 90% sure this was that train in the year 2006)
