I agree that VSKP maintenance is bad but the unfortunate thing is it is not rectified even after many complaints. Is it not the duty of ECoR to rectify the maintenance of its division. And is it fair to take away the LHB coaches by showing the reason of bad maintenance which is of their mistake.
