May, passengers at Sonpur division stations purchased 13% more tickets compared to the previous year. This resulted in a 19% increase in revenue for the railways compared to the same period last year (2023-24). Approximately 6.56 million passengers travelled by train from various stations in the Sonpur division during April-May, generating a revenue of 130 crore rupees for the railways, representing a 19% increase over the previous financial year.

last year ke muqable 13% zyada tickets kharide hai. Isse railway ko last year (2023-24) ke same period ke muqable 19% zyada revenue mila hai. April-May mein, Sonpur division ke alag-alag stations se lag-bhag 6.56 million passengers train se travel kiye hai, jisse railway ko 130 crore rupees ka revenue mila hai, jo last financial year ke muqable 19% zyada hai.
